| Love and Hate | |

| My hand on your knee, and you cut the wrist,
It was love I searched for in return...none of this.
And the light which once shown brightly
fades to dark, too dark to see.
I didn't know you to lose my leaves,
I didn't intend to leave broken,
with burnt wings,
fallen stars,
faded flowers.
I may no longer dream, but I know when I'm asleep,
deep at the bottom of the sea
you helped fill cup after cup with misery.
Now I lie upon the damp soil
watching the cold dark rain fall.
Ending the lie I called love.
